How we do it

Raptor PCS only charges a flat $40.00 fee for computer service, so how do we do this when most others charge an average of $60.00 per hour! Well first off lets dispose of some common misconseptions:

1. The $40.00 fee only covers "simple" problems
-Wrong! We will spend whatever time is needed to fix your computer. On the average your computer is on the workbench for 8 (eight) hours while we do extensive testing to insure that you will be happy with your machine when you get it back.

2. We only do a simple virus cleaning
-Wrong! We have spent over 2 years designing and developing a state of the art virus cleaning system that is valued at over $100,000.00. When we do a virus cleaning we do it right, we do not just use a bunch of anti-virus softwares and "hope" we fix your machine.

3. Low quality and shortcuts to improve the bottom line
-Wrong! Quality is the driving force of our company, we are not happy unless you are happy. As a matter of fact if you get your machine back and something does not work the way you want it you may return your machine and we will do further testing for free.

Now, here is how we do it

We have streamlined and revolutionized computer service, starting with our state of the art virus cleaning system. This revolutionary new system is almost completely automated and best of all, works to remove all virus' (known or unknown), rootkits, virus' and spyware do not stand a chance against this powerful work horse.

Next, we find the best employees who can handle the pressure and have vast knowledge of computer problems.

And finally, we completely restructured "the work bench". Our specially designed "cages" allow for one service tech to work on 10 (ten) machines at a time, which allows for the high volume of service work that we need to sustain the business.

So, what is the downside to our system? Time, we need the high volume of service work to support our business, however we are also dedicated to quality. These two attributes cause our timeline to expand and collapse from 3 days to 10 days and also make it very hard to detemine when exactly a computer will be finished. We however feel that the pros of our system far outway the cons and therefore relize that if speed is your main consern then we may not be the solution for you. Our customers want a fair price and absolute quality.
